Megan Matson, B.A.

Megan graduated with her B.A. in Anthropology with an Archaeology concentration and
a minor in Geology from Western Washington University in the fall of 2021. In 2019, she
attended a field school at Mt. Baker and Mt. Rainer National Park conducting a post-fire
archaeological survey at Coral Pass. Additionally, in the spring of 2021, Megan interned
through Western’s repository where she combed through the Woodhaven collection
inspiring her to pursue a future Master’s degree in curation. In her free time, Megan
spends time exploring Whatcom falls, practices photography, and crochets.
